Base Level: Clarity Crash Course

Clarity coaching is for you if you’re already a good self-motivator, but you need a jumpstart to get you moving on the right path. I’ll help you outline your objective and nail down a kickass strategy that you can follow on your own in the weeks ahead.

What’s included:

  • A 90 minute intensive session where we’ll nail down your Big Thing, dig into what’s standing between you and that goal, and put a plan in place for knocking down those obstacles and getting where you want to be.
  • An action plan that you can refer back to containing of all the bullet points from our session and some homework (don’t worry, it’ll be fun) that’ll help you work towards your goal.
  • A 30 minute follow-up session thirty days later to see how things are going and put a plan in place to keep you moving forward.

 


Medium: One Month Coaching

This package is for you if you want a partner-in-crime who will help you develop a strategy and keep you accountable and on-track along the way.

What’s included:

  • The first week – We’ll nail down your Big Thing, dig into what’s standing between you and that goal, and put a strategy in place for knocking down those obstacles with bite-size weekly tasks.
  • The next three weeks – We’ll review what you knocked out of the park the previous week, talk through anything you struggled with and design a gameplan for the following week.

  • Email access to pick my brain any time between sessions whether you need support, feedback or just a virtual high-five.

 


Beast Mode: Three Month Coaching

For strategy building, long-term accountability and a partner for the long haul, this package will help you set a larger goal and see it through. Perfect for big projects and big life-reboots.

In my own life, I’ve struggled with: getting a college degree only to find that my chosen field didn’t light me up, relationships where I was settling for less than I deserved (or was more parent than partner) and digging myself out from under mountains of debt, just to name a few. I’ve been through it – the frustration of knowing where you want to be, but not being able to see a clear path to get there.

The indecision. The fear of making the wrong choices.

What I wish I’d had, and what I’d like to be for you, is that objective voice that puts things in perspective.

That voice that reminds you that you are extraordinary.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are coaching sessions like?

You choose your package and we agree on a time that works for you. At the appointed time, we jump on Google Hangouts.

The dress code is totally casual. Chatting in your pajamas is fine and a beverage of your choice (coffee, tea, wine?) and snacks are highly encouraged.

We talk for the length of our session, hash out your goals, what you’re struggling with and what real, actual steps you’re going to take to make them a reality. Overwhelm is the enemy of progress, so everything is bite-size and specific.

We sign off. You get a good night’s sleep and I get to work.

The next day, I send you your Action Plan with all the important bullet points we discussed and a recap of what you’re going to work on before our next meeting. You get down to the business of making beautiful things happen. If you struggle, I’m here to help you along the way.

What if I need more or slightly different help that what’s outlined in the packages?

Maybe you’re thinking “What I really need is ABC, but for XYZ amount of time.
First of all, high-five for knowing yourself and exactly what type of help you want and need.

Is coaching like counseling or therapy?

No. But coaching can work alongside counseling or therapy.
It’s important to note that a Coach is not a therapist or psychiatrist and coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat any emotional or mental conditions. I am not a medical professional, and if you have any of those types of conditions, I recommend that you seek out a professional in those fields.

That said, coaching can help put structure in place to manage the overwhelm or motivational issues that sometimes accompany those conditions.

You’re under absolutely no obligation to disclose to me any issues or conditions you may have. It is none of my business, and I will not ask you about it unless you choose to share it with me. If you do feel comfortable sharing that information, we can tailor our approach to your situation.

Is this a tough love thing? Are you going to yell at me?

Nope. Generally speaking, coaching is a friendly and supportive environment.
If you tell me that you respond really well to a bootcamp situation, I am happy to drink a pot of coffee before our session and come in guns-a-blazing. But overall, expect kindness and enthusiastic encouragement. If you’re prone to negative self-talk, I will nip that in the bud promptly and call you back to reality, but I’ll always do it with love.

Coaching is a partnership and we’re on the same team.

What if I’m in a different timezone?

That’s cool, we’ll work it out. I’m on the East coast of the US (GMT -5) but if you’re elsewhere on the planet we can still find a time to meet that works for both of us.

What if I can’t commit to coaching sessions every week?

My Clarity Crash Course involves one session at the beginning, and then a follow-up session about a month later.
All of my other coaching packages are designed to be one session per week, but if that’s just too much for you or doesn’t work with your schedule, we can certainly schedule them every two weeks or longer.

Just keep in mind that the idea is to keep you motivated and moving forward. The longer it is between sessions, the easier it will be to get off track and lose focus.

All coaching sessions must be used within six months of purchase.
